What To Expect
Reservations/bookings can easily be made online as a guest or returning user. On the day of the scheduled pick up, one hour prior to the pickup time our chauffeur activates the on the way button which then sends the traveler and automated text with their assigned chauffeur's name, phone number, vehicle model, and plate number. Once the chauffeur arrives to the pick-up location, another automated text is sent to the traveler notifying them their chauffeur has arrived. The chauffeur then goes the extra mile and either calls or texts the traveler to inform then he/she has arrived. Once the traveler is on board, the chauffeur then activates the passenger on board button which notifies agents the pickup has been successfully made and on the way to destination. Once the traveler reaches their destination, the chauffeur activates the passenger dropped and the trip is now completed.
